Like most positions, there are a few cool bonuses to the job that I currently hold, but first of all, my direct boss is never around. She essentially wants me to run the supplier for him, plus to leave him uninvolved unless there’s a really large issue. Secondly, I don’t have a rigid schedule plus get to start whenever I show up each day. That means I miss a ton of traffic plus never have to set horrifying alarms in the afternoon; Lastly, I just so happened to be seated right next to the temperature control in the office when I do show up for work. I cannot express to you how important this has been for my continued happiness within the business. You see, while it sounds like I have a totally simple gig, I can get pretty tepid under the collar around that place when the typical shenanigans are happening. It seems cool not to ever see your boss – however when you’re brand current to the position, it’s absolutely quite a heated debate about whether or not this is a good idea. That’s why I often find myself getting all tepid plus bothered as I sit at my desk at work, taking confusing direction from all channels except my actual manager. As my frustration grows, so does my internal body temperature, I swear. I literally begin heating up plus perspiring through my shirt as the confusion grows each afternoon. That’s when I’m more grateful than ever before to have access to the indoor air temperature control over my desk each day. As the pressure plus temperature grow, at least the indoor air temperature can stay mellow plus low.
